She helped usher in the notion that depression was not something<\/strong> to be ashamed of, but just another illness that happens to people<\/strong>. And, yes, she was narcissistic, but she nevertheless got the nation<\/strong> talking about a subject that, until then, had been taboo<\/strong><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“For years<\/strong>, it has pissed me off that women<\/strong> can get Botox, boob jobs or wear makeup, yet there is a taboo<\/strong><\/span><\/strong> that men<\/strong> can\u2019t do these things,” he says.<\/p>\n
