<strong>drugs<\/strong> back or hand them over to the stall if the substance is not what they thought it was. \u00bb Personally, I believe this is a step in the right direction. \u00bb Rather than guilt and ostracise those who choose <strong>drugs<\/strong> as a way to expand their experiences and knowledge, we should be ensuring that they have a safe <strong>experience<\/strong> as much as possible. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, I have found that <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/London\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">London<\/a>\u2019s drug culture has taught me so much, and not only in the academic sense, but also about human life and interaction. \u00bb I hope that more open and healthy discussions about <strong>drugs<\/strong> and drug culture will happen in the future, ensuring an ongoing mentality of open-mindedness and acceptance, which hopefully leak its way into other <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>taboo<\/strong><\/span><\/strong> topics too. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>She started speaking out about the long-<strong><span style=\"color:
